FAQs
All of our products are made to order, and we aim to have your creation made within 48 hours of receiving your order and despatch the following day. We offer local and standard delivery, therefore we anticipate your order to be with you within 3-5 days from despatch date, however, there may be extenuating circumstances that prevent this from being possible. This is entirely out of our control and we will not be held responsible for any delays.
We would always recommend you order at the earliest date possible to avoid disappointment.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@essence-flowersbydesign.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
